Question 1

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Every creation spends credits: a voice-over costs 2, an HD image 1, a 4K image 3, a standard video 10, an ultra video 40 and a 16-second premium video 80. Plan credits refresh monthly; credits from packs never expire.

Question 2

Do my monthly credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Free plan credits refresh every 30 days from your signup date, so use them before your current cycle ends. Credits bought in a pack stay in your account until you use them.

Question 3

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

In India you can pay by UPI, card or netbanking. Everywhere else you can pay with card or PayPal. All payments are processed securely by our payment partners.

Question 4

Can I use my creations commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Content you generate is yours to use, including for business, as long as it follows our Terms of Service and content policy.

Question 5
