No refunds are issued for digital content once credits have been used. Generated voices, images and videos are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
7-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if no credits from that purchase have been used.
Pro-rata refunds
A pro-rata refund may be available at our sole discretion. The amount is calculated as total paid minus (credits used × credit value).
How to request
Use the “Request Refund” button in your dashboard. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24–48 hours and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
