1. Agent terms of use
Jasleen is a posting agent. It creates content and publishes it to the social accounts you connect. Jasleen never reads, replies to or manages direct messages, comments or chats, and there is no WhatsApp integration. You are responsible for everything published from your connected accounts.
2. Content rules
- Adult content, hate speech and illegal activity are blocked automatically.
- Copying or impersonating celebrities and other real people is not allowed.
- An automatic copyright filter screens every prompt before generation.
- Content you generate belongs to you. ALX claims no ownership of it.
3. Data security policy
- Uploaded media is used only for generation and is not kept on our servers afterwards.
- Data in transit and at rest is encrypted (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest).
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
- Platform access tokens are temporary and expire automatically.
- Every agent carries a unique security token used to validate its actions.
4. Social media liability disclaimer
Social networks set their own rules. ALX is not liable if a connected account is restricted, suspended, deleted or compromised, or if a platform changes or withdraws its posting API. Using an automation tool is your decision and your responsibility.
5. Account recovery disclaimer
If something goes wrong, Jasleen can auto-repair your agent, our admins can repair it manually, and support can guide you through a platform's recovery process. We cannot guarantee that any account or content will be recovered.
6. Refunds
Jasleen subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, minus the value of generation already used. See the Refund Policy for details.
