These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ALX AI Studio. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Account
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is:
- Sexual, pornographic, or otherwise adult ("NSFW") in nature.
- Violent, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful.
- Designed to deceive, impersonate, or commit fraud.
- In violation of any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property.
We use automated and manual review to enforce these rules and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.
4. Prohibited Uses
ALX AI Studio prohibits the following uses of its AI tools (voice, video, image, and text):
Voice & Audio
- Voice cloning or impersonation of real individuals
- Creating adult, sexual, or NSFW voice content
- Generating voice content promoting terrorism, violence, or hatred
- Creating voice content that defames, threatens, or harasses anyone
- Generating fake voice statements attributed to real people
Video & Image
- Deepfake creation or face-swapping of real individuals
- NSFW, adult, or explicit visual content
- Copyright or IP infringement
- Creating content that promotes terrorism, violence, or illegal activities
- Impersonation of any person, brand, or organization
Text & General
- Scraping of third-party content
- False or misleading claims
- Generating content that violates any applicable law
- Using the platform for fraud, scams, or phishing
- Uploading content that infringes on others' rights
- Any use that harms minors or vulnerable individuals
All users must agree to these terms before using ALX AI Studio. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
5. Credits & Billing
Generations consume credits as described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Credits are non-transferable.
6. Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you create. We retain ownership of the Service itself.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate in writing.
