4. Credits & Billing
Generations consume credits as described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Credits are non-transferable.
5. Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you create. We retain ownership of the Service itself.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate in writing.
